Ackermann Group offers the option of Roth 401(k) or Traditional 401(k) and matches funds $1 for $1 up to 2% of an associate’s annual income.

All associates are eligible to receive a rent discount if they chose to live in any Ackermann Group community. All rental rates will be Market Rent with a percentage discount, based on position and employment status.
