Health Benefits
We offer a variety of medical plan options so you can choose coverage that best fits your needs and those of your family. 401k Retirement & Financial Planning Services

Associates may participate in either a Traditional or Roth 401(k) plan, with a dollar-for-dollar company match up to 2% of annual income. Time Off
We believe that time to rest and recharge is essential. Employees are eligible for up to 26 days off in their first year, including paid holidays, PTO, and a dedicated Birthday PTO day. Additional time off is earned based on tenure, recognizing your continued commitment and contributions to the company.

Company Outings & Events 
We believe strong teams are built through shared experiences. Associates participate in annual events such as our Day of Service, Kings Island Day, regional baseball games, and team outings throughout the year. These experiences take place during regular work hours and are considered paid time, reinforcing our commitment to building connection, collaboration, and a culture that values both performance and community, without asking associates to give up personal time to participate.


Rent Discount
Associates have the opportunity to receive a rental discount when living in an AG community. Rental rates begin at market rate and include a position-based percentage discount, with eligible roles receiving up to 50% off. This benefit reflects our commitment to supporting the people who help make our communities successful.

Service Award Recognition
AG values our associates and their dedication to work. To honor this commitment, AG will provide gifts to associates beginning on their 3rd work anniversary.

Social Impact Committee
Through our “For the Good” pillar initiative, associates can participate in meaningful community involvement. All associated are eligible to participate in our Social Impact Committee which partners with local nonprofit organizations, supports programming within our communities, collaborates with the National Apartment Association on charitable events, and helps address specific needs across the regions we serve.
