Our portfolio includes multi-family residential, office, retail and mixed use real estate. Based in Cincinnati, OH, we primarily enter markets that are within 150 miles of our corporate office but will travel further for the right opportunity. Our markets include: Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Indianapolis, Lexington, Louisville, Northern Kentucky and Charlotte.
